Quality
All our condiments are made in small batches, using the best quality produce we can get our hands on.

Chilies
We use a mix of fresh and dried chilies in our recipes and they wont all blow your head off. Our Espresso Barbecue, uses dried Ancho, which give subtle heat and rich smoky flavour.

Our range rotates dependent on which chillies we can source, as well as producing one off specials throughout the year too.
Our Story
We’re all about producing super tasty small batch sauces and other delicious condiments, for all palates. From our mild but wild ‘Espresso Barbecue’ to the extra hot Ghost pepper ‘Dipper Me!’, we really do have something for everyone. We utilise the best chillies we can get our hands on, therefore our product range changes regularly, keeping things as fresh and exciting as possible.
